You pick the theme and the date. We handle every single thing after that.

Choose your theme

Tell us the guest of honor, the guest count, and the vibe. We'll confirm your date and send a simple styling plan.

We set the scene

We arrive the afternoon of the party and build everything — tents, linens, lighting, trays, décor — in about two hours.

We clean it all up

The next morning we come back, pack it down, and leave your space exactly how we found it. Linens go home with us.

The two friends behind Bucks Dream Parties

Our Story

Two friends,
one very good idea.

We started Bucks Dream Parties after throwing one too many parties for our own kids and realizing something important — the thing everyone remembers is the experience.

So we started building those rooms for other families. We wanted to create something that felt magical from the moment the kids walked into the room — a party they would talk about for weeks, filled with beautiful details, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Every tent is styled by hand, every linen is professionally laundered between parties, and every setup gets the same attention we'd give our own kids' birthdays.

We're a small local business — which means when you message us, you're talking to the two people who will actually be setting up your party.

Good to Know

Questions parents ask

How many guests can you accommodate?

There's no maximum — we'll scale to whatever you need. The real limit is your floor space, since each tent needs roughly 4 feet by 6 feet of clear room. Send us a quick photo of the space and we'll tell you honestly how many will fit comfortably.

How long does setup take, and when do you arrive?

Setup takes approximately two hours, depending on the scale of the party. We'll do our best to work around your schedule so everything is finished before your guests arrive.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Bucks County, and we're happy to travel a bit further for a small mileage fee. Message us with your address and we'll confirm before you book.

How do you handle cleaning?

All linens, pillowcases, and blankets are professionally laundered after every single party — never reused between bookings. Tents, trays, and décor are wiped down and sanitized during pack-down.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks is ideal, especially for weekends in the spring and summer. That said, we do our best with last-minute requests — it never hurts to ask.

Do you provide activities?

Take a look at our add-on options — that's where most of the extras live. And if you have something else in mind, just ask. We can usually figure anything out.
